Be assured nonetheless that nothing has changed as my business was one of a select few, chosen by the manufacturer, to be allowed to continue using these high-quality components. Therefore, as always, I shall continue to use these and only the finest quality materials in my craftsmanship.
**For designers still using the brand name in their titles and item descriptions, it means they have either not applied and/or not been approved by the manufacturer and are therefore not contractually bound to stop using the name. However, they are still risking legal exposure.
