Shipping Policy
Orders will not ship until payment has been confirmed.
Most products are made to order, so we often need to order the components before we can design your piece, especially if you've ordered personalization. Therefore, please allow up to 10 business days for processing, prior to shipment. However, if we have all components in stock at the time of your order, processing time will be significantly less.
**Please note that processing time does not begin until the order is actually placed. This will mainly apply to custom orders. Correspondence regarding a custom request does not count towards the processing time until the order has been placed and paid for.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or First Class International. Our U.S. Domestic customers will have the option to upgrade to Priority Shipping. For expedited International Shipping, please contact us for pricing.
For Our International Customers, customs and import duties may be applied when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws differ in each country. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. KyKy's Bridal is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
The risk of damage and/or loss for all merchandise ordered from this Website pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. A tracking number will be provided and it is your responsibility to file a complaint with the USPS for lost or damaged items. Shipping and merchandise charges will not be refunded due to delays and/or loss caused by the USPS.
Our
RUSH PROCESSING UPGRADE has no relation to actual shipping speed other
than the automatic upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping. Rush Processing
relates only to the processing
time by pushing your order to the front of the line. This means your
order will be made much quicker, although components may still need to
be ordered. For more detailed information, please refer to the RUSH
PROCESSING listing. While we make every effort to ship your order in a
timely manner, we will not guarantee a delivery date.
Shipping Insurance can be purchased by request.
Return Policy
Caring
for your Kyky's Bridal jewelry and accessories are your
responsibility. Showering and swimming with your jewelry is not
recommended to preserve the finish of the metals and/or letters and the
sparkle of the crystals.
~All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there has been an error on our part (i.e. spelling mistake, wrong color, etc.). We make every effort to describe each item in our store with as much detail as possible, using size measurements, colors*, and shapes, to prevent any surprises when you receive your order. Therefore, be sure to measure, if applicable, and order the correct size when ordering an item that has sizing options. Should you need the size adjusted, we will gladly do that for you. However, there are certain components that cannot be reused, so we do charge a small fee for resizing. You will also be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to us and for us to ship it back to you.
~Our
products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of shipment. Should
an item need repair during this time frame, you will be responsible for
shipping it to us, but we will cover the cost to return it to you.
However, we are not responsible for damages caused by negligence during
the 30 day period. Any damage incurred after 30 days is
considered normal wear and tear. We will still repair pieces for you
after 30 days, but there will be a repair fee, in addition to all
shipping costs. Please contact us for pricing, which is dependent on
the type of repair needed.
*The
appearance of colors can vary greatly depending on your operating
system and lighting. We are not responsible for color variations or
disappointments so long as we sent the color that was ordered.
